Glass: Water does wonders. Get a spray bottle, top it up water and spray across the glass, then wipe.
Wood: Water or Windowlene For water, use same method as above. Windowlene helps remove fine scratches on lacquered wood, this is handy since most modern wood furniture today are lacquered, apply a little on a soft cloth and wipe.
Stainless Steel, Chrome & Other Metals: Just a soft cloth Any form of metal, even Stainless Steel with long exposure to water in any form, could get rusted with time. A good practice to prevent tarnishing over time is to use a dry soft cloth at least once a week to wipe the metal, any residual build up of water through steam or humidity will simply be wiped off before any damage can be done.
